Chris being Attacked!
I received this notice when we arrived back from vacation.

It reads: Dear Chris, It looks like the gay activists were attacking you and me on the Internet today.

Please be in prayer for us as we are engaged in a cultural battle of ideas with the secular media, etc.  God's truth will win out in the end.   Laughing

Back from Our Vacation
My family traveled to Gulf Shores where we stayed in a condo on the beach.  The experience was a good one.  We shared a condo with a couple from our church along with their two kids.  My two kids enjoyed their friends and we enjoyed the fellowship of their parents.  We stayed for 4 nights.  Our first fell day, it rained.  This was a real bummer.  However, once the storms passed, the sun came out and we enjoyed the rest of our vacation time.  The only other disappointment was the fact that me and my daughter were stung twice each by jelly fish.  We had the opportunity to have times of prayer and fellowship with our good friends.  This is our second year traveling to the Gulf to enjoy the beach.  I hope a yearly travel to the beach will become a tradition for my family.  My Heart!

There is NO Condemnation....
During my quite time with the Lord this morning, I was praying for a dear friend of mine when the Lord spoke a scripture to my heart.  The scripture is Romans 1.  It reads: There is therefore now NO condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit. KJV  This is a powerful scripture for us all to remember.  How many times do I feel under self-condemnation?  To be honest, there are more times than I wish to confess that I feel overwhelmed and self-judged.  So, remembering that Christ is NOT condemning me is so liberating.  When you feel under condemnation, confess this scripture and then receive it in your heart at TRUTH

Pre-K
Well, we are at the end of the week and everyone made it through (especially me!).  I am grateful for the grace God extended to me during this time.  I'm also very happy that Emma Rose enjoyed going to school and cannot wait to go back on Monday.  Please continue to pray for her protection as she's in this new faze of her little life.  It's very hard as a parent, to "let go" appropriately.  I'm asking for God's help and wisdom when it comes to learning when and when not to "let go."   Thanks for praying.

Please Pray: My Daughter enters Pre-K TODAY

Hello everyone.  I hope you are doing well.  Today is a big day for my beautiful daughter Emma Rose.  She is starting Pre-K.  I'm asking everyone to please remember her on this day.  Here are some of my personal prayers for her, will you join me?

~ Protection - Guardian angels to surround her inside the building and on the playground.  Plead the blood of Jesus upon her.

~ Help her to have good friendships with other kind children

~ Let it be a fun experience for her!

~ That she will not allow others to "run over" her, but that she will respectively address any problems by going to a teacher with any problems.  She's been trained to do this through her experiences with parent's day out programs.

~ Pray for joy and grace for Emma Rose's teachers

Thank you for your faithful prayers.  I will keep you posted!
